Privacy Policy

What This Site Is

emergencywaterremovalsevernaparkmd.com, published as Round Bay Water Removal (the "site"), is an information site about water damage in Severna Park, MD and nearby Anne Arundel County communities. It has no forms, no accounts, and no newsletter. This policy explains what happens to information connected with the site and with calls placed through it.

The Company on the Other End of the Call

A call placed through this website is answered by, or connected to, an independent water damage restoration company. That company prices and performs the cleanup, drying, and repair work. The details you share on a call go to the company you speak with.

Each restoration company is a separate business. It sets its own prices and contract terms, and it keeps its own records under its own privacy practices.

Details Shared With the Company You Speak With

A call placed through the site involves these details:

• The calling number, plus the date, time, and length of the call.
• Details you give during the call, for example your street address, which rooms got wet, and which company insures you.

These details go to the independent restoration company you speak with, so that company can answer your request. Information is also disclosed when a law, a court order, or a safety concern requires it. Personal information is not sold.

Recorded Calls Under Maryland Law

A call placed through this site can be recorded. Maryland law (Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 10-402) allows a recording only when every party consents. You are told when a call is recorded.

A recording keeps an accurate account of the request. A caller outside Maryland is also covered by the consent law of the caller's own state.

Hosting and Site Analytics

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver pages and block attacks. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate.

Google Analytics measures visits and taps on phone links, and it sets cookies to do so. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on stops that measurement.

Asking About Your Details

To ask what information the site holds about you, or to ask for its deletion, write to hello@emergencywaterremovalsevernaparkmd.com. Each request is answered as applicable law requires. Requests about records a restoration company holds go to that company.

Visitors Younger Than 13

The site is written for adults dealing with property damage. It is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and Contact

A change to these practices brings a revised policy and a new effective date at the top of this page. The Terms of Use govern use of the site. Questions about this policy go to hello@emergencywaterremovalsevernaparkmd.com. To speak with a local restoration company, call (410) 555-0100.
